The Campaign uses text messaging to communicate with voters and supporters. Phone numbers used in our text messaging program are obtained through publicly available voter file data and are not collected through this website.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, provided that the foregoing does not apply to sharing (1) with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf, and who will not use such information for their own purposes; or (2) if we believe disclosure is required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation, or to comply with law enforcement or legal process.
Information collected by the Campaign may be used to communicate about the campaign, respond to inquiries, process donations, and coordinate volunteer activities.
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. We do not share mobile data with affiliates or campaigns.
